Pitibaraka was commissioned as the Event Organizer for the Ministry of Health's (Kemenkes) critical Town Hall 2024, hosted at the prestigious Ciputra Artpreneur. This significant event convened top-tier leadership, including the Minister and Vice Minister of Health, alongside all Echelon I and II officials and nationwide Champions, highlighting its national importance. Our role encompassed end-to-end Event Planning, Organizing, and Production. We expertly managed the complexities of hosting a large-scale government event, including an accompanying exhibition featuring Kemenkes's 8 Main Units. Pitibaraka ensured a flawless and impactful experience, successfully navigating every phase from initial concept and planning (Pre-Event) through dynamic on-site execution (Event) and efficient follow-up (Post-Event).
